Josh Hayes Wins Fourth AMA Superbike Title

Say what you will about the depleted state of the American roadracing scene, it shouldn’t diminish the fact Hayes put in the effort and beat some formidable challengers to the title. 2014 Suzuki RM-Z450 and RM-Z250 with Minor Updates

Suzuki Motor of America revealed the 2014 editions of its RM-Z450 and RM-Z250 motocross bikes with a few minor updates. How minor? The biggest change in fact is the company’s new name, replacing the Chapter 11′d American Suzuki.

Suzuki Reports 2011-2012 Results

Suzuki declared a loss of 2.4 billion yen (US$30.0 million) from its motorcycle division over the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012. Though still a loss, it’s an improvement on the loss of 10.8 billion yen reported the previous year. Suzuki attributes the loss to an appreciating yen and the financial impact from heavy flooding in Thailand.
