I am reluctantly selling my 2008 Suzuki GSXR 1000. The only reason that I am selling is that I just do not have time to ride it, as you can see by the low miles. The bike has been serviced regularly, The spark plugs are brand new, only rode a few miles since installed, the rear tire only has a couple hundred miles on it, oil was changed at the same time as the rear tire. The bike rides like a charm, should not need any immediate maintenance. The bike has two minor modifications, a fender eliminator kit from GIXXRBOYS, the tag light is blue. And the Bike has a shorty exhaust, I think it sounds great with the shorty exhaust, but I will also include the factory exhaust with the bike (as seen in last picture). The bike does currently have a lien on it, so I will need a few weeks after purchase to get the title, but I am guaranteeing a CLEAN transferable Florida title. Another Teaser for New “Middle-class” Suzuki Motorcycle
Tue, 07 Jun 2011Suzuki has released a another teaser for its upcoming “Middle-class New Motorcycle”. We wrote about the previous teaser last week, speculating the new motorcycle is an updated Suzuki V-Strom, possibly a V-Strom 650 with a retuned version of the Gladius’ engine. A commenter named Steven suggested it might be a V-Strom 1000 instead.

Mon, 03 Feb 2014Chad Reed tasted victory for the second time in three weeks at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, Calif., leading all 20 laps and fending off a last-lap challenge from rookie upstart Ken Roczen. Reed, who also won the Jan. 18 round in the second of three Anaheim races, now trails fellow Kawasaki rider Ryan Villopoto by just two points in the 2014 AMA Supercross championship race.
Suzuki Reports 2011-2012 Results
Thu, 10 May 2012Suzuki declared a loss of 2.4 billion yen (US$30.0 million) from its motorcycle division over the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012. Though still a loss, it’s an improvement on the loss of 10.8 billion yen reported the previous year. Suzuki attributes the loss to an appreciating yen and the financial impact from heavy flooding in Thailand.
