I have a 2008 GSXR-1000 for sale. It's a great bike and in great condition!! I have a female small red Joe Rocket jacket, mens large Tourmaster jacket, a HJC matte black helmet, and a MotoCentric seasonal cover that comes with the bike (all pictured above). All the maintenance on it has been done regularly. I just got the oil changed, put brand new front and back tires on it, new battery, and new front brake pads. I have receipts for everything. 2004-2013 Suzuki GSX-R Sportbikes Recalled for Master Cylinder Replacement
Wed, 16 Oct 2013Suzuki is recalling 2004-2013 GSX-R600 and GSX-R750 sportbikes as well as GSX-R1000 models from 2005-2013 because of a problem with their front brake master cylinders. As of publication, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has not officially announced any recalls because of the federal government work stoppage, but notices have been sent out to dealerships across the U.S. Meanwhile, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission has posted a recall, and we expect to see further news to come from other markets.
Kevin Schwantz to Race 2013 Suzuka 8 Hours
Wed, 01 May 2013Former Grand Prix World Champion Kevin Schwantz has been making the headlines a lot recently, and not necessarily for good reasons. But finally there’s some good news: Schwantz is coming out of retirement to race in the 2013 Suzuka 8 Hours endurance race. Schwantz is joining Yukio Kagayama‘s team for the July 28 race, riding a Japanese Superbike-spec Suzuki GSX-R1000.
