I have a 2008 GSXR-1000 for sale. It's a great bike and in great condition!! I have a female small red Joe Rocket jacket, mens large Tourmaster jacket, a HJC matte black helmet, and a MotoCentric seasonal cover that comes with the bike (all pictured above). All the maintenance on it has been done regularly. I just got the oil changed, put brand new front and back tires on it, new battery, and new front brake pads. I have receipts for everything. Suzuki Requests Invite to Official 2013 MotoGP Tests
Tue, 11 Dec 2012When Suzuki pulled out of MotoGP racing a year ago, the manufacturer said it hoped to return by the 2014 season. In the time since suspending its MotoGP program, Suzuki has been showing signs it is on track for a 2014 return. Work on Suzuki’s 1000cc MotoGP project is apparently proceeding as planned, with the manufacturer reportedly ready to join official testing during the upcoming season.
2013 LA Calendar Motorcycle Show Report
Mon, 22 Jul 2013The 22nd edition of the annual LA Calendar Motorcycle Show marked its return to the Queen Mary Seawalk Village in Long Beach, California with hometown boy Sam Baldi taking the Bike Building Championship’s Best of Show trophy with a Jimmy Todorovith/Profile Cycles built Big Twin custom named “Lost Angel.” This year’s Calendar Show showcased not only top builders but selected vendors and exhibitors, and of course the Calendar Girl Music live performances. And as always, this year’s show celebrated the world premiere of the 2014 FastDates.com Motorcycle PinUp Calendars, featuring the world’s top SBK World Superbikes, sport and cafe bikes, and custom motorcycles with the beautiful Calendar Kittens. On hand throughout the day to meet with fans and pose for pictures were Calendar Kittens Apple Price, together with official SBK World Superbike grid girls Jessica Harbour and singer/songwriter Sarah Horvath.
Sidecar Racer Sandor Pohl Dies in Assen Race
Tue, 06 Aug 2013Sidecar racing passenger Sandor Pohl succumbed to injuries suffered in an accident at a Sidecar World Championship race at the TT Assen in the Netherlands. Pohl and pilot Stefan Kiser were rounding a corner when the rear of their Suzuki-powered LCR sidecar began to slide. The sidecar began to spin before the momentum caused the machine to flip over.
