Suzuki GSX-R description

It comes with great remorse to sell this bike but since I've moved here from Arizona I have found myself overwhelmed with too many other hobbies. This bike has 31,000 miles on it of which are mainly all highway. I installed into a full body fairing kit including front visor. I'm also including my helmet $800 Shoei Helmet with pictures attached. KBB lists this bike as $4700 in excellent condition. I have listed it for $4,500 OBO bc it does have a couple knicks and a little higher mileage. With the helmet included this is a great deal! Text/call/email me with any questions/offers.

Suzuki GSX-R day at Snetterton

Wed, 21 Jul 2010

I have to hold my hands up and make a confession. I have completely changed my mind about Suzuki’s GSX-R1000 K9. Back in the depths of winter I rode our long termer and found myself (without trying) doing jail-sentence speeds by doing nothing other than short shifting through the gear on half throttle.

Results From Day 2 Of World Superbike Testing At Phillip Island

Tue, 18 Feb 2014

World Superbike testing at Phillip Island came to a close today, and when the dust settled, reigning champion Tom Sykes stamped his authority, setting the fastest time of the test at 1:30.239, just five thousandths shy of the outright lap record held by Carlos Checa. The time was set during the morning session of testing, though nobody was able to best Sykes for the remainder of the day. Eugene Laverty, who was fastest on day one, showed his pace was no fluke as he stayed near the top of the time sheets, ultimately finishing second behind Sykes, with a best time of 1:30.513.
