Suzuki GSX-R description

2006 Suzuki GSX-R750, EXTRA SHARP!! PIPE UPGRADES!! WE SHIP!! - GSX-R is more than a model designation. When the first GSX-R750 was introduced more than two decades ago, it defined an entirely new category of motorcycle: The true racer replica. For more than 20 years, the GSX-R750 has been a direct link between the racetrack and the street. It is a revolutionary motorcycle that changed production-based racing forever. Filling racing paddocks around the globe, and driving would-be competitors from the grid. A machine so dominant that other brands abandoned the 750 cc racing class because they could not compete. The GSX-R slogan, Own The Racetrack, is based solidly in fact. Say GSX-R75O, and the world thinks of a racebike with lights, with the best possible balance of engine and chassis performance. For 2006, the latest version of the legendary GSX-R7SO continues to relentlessly advance high-performance technology. Combining the responsive torque and broad, smooth powerband of a heavyweight with the compact size and easier handling of a middleweight. Now more compact. More powerful. More aerodynamic. Built to Own The Racetrack. With street equipment added.

Isle of Man TT 2014: Monster Supersport TT 1 Results

Mon, 02 Jun 2014

Gary Johnson narrowly beat out Bruce Anstey to take the first of two Supersport races at the 2014 Isle of Man TT. Riding the Daytona 675, Johnson’s win was the first for Triumph since 2003, ironically, with Anstey taking the victory that year in the Junior 600cc class. The race started three hours behind schedule due to fog, but once it began it quickly became a duel between Johnson and Anstey.

Archive: Yoshimura Hayabusa X1R

Thu, 21 Jan 2021

Millennium Falcon For a couple of years there’ve been rumors suggesting there’s a new Hayabusa on the way, and with that old warhorse currently MIA from Suzuki’s list of returning 2021 models, the buzz has grown a bit louder that Suzuki’s fixing to spring a new World’s Fastest Production Motorcycle on the world. This time we’ll be a bit less unsuspecting than we were in 1999, and this time, it won’t be so easy a feat for Suzuki to pull off, given the existence of the Kawasaki H2 Carbon, which made an honest 206-rear-wheel horsepower on our dyno last November. Whether the new ’Busa is fact or fiction, it probably won’t be the earth-shattering experience the original 1999 GSX-R1300 was, a motorcycle that had no peer or precedent when it came to bouncing off its 186-mph speed governor.
