Suzuki GSX-R description

I am selling my 2004 Suzuki GSX-R 600. It is a street fighter by choice, NOT because it was wrecked. The bike is in terrific condition, very few blemishes on the painted surfaces that it still has and is in excellent mechanical condition. This bike has a custom front placard with HID headlamp and LED turn signals, Vortex race clip-on handlebars, easy pull clutch lever, K&N drop in filter, Frame sliders and swing arm spools, Leo Vince SBK full stainless exhaust system with carbon fiber can. Super Sprox sprockets (17/41), RK gold racing chain (525), relatively new Dunlop Sportmaxx GP-A Tires, Galfer Super Bike stainless braided brake lines front and rear, 3 position lowering links, manual idle adjuster, Corbin Seats, Smoked tailight with integrated turn signals, and blue LED under lighting. Included with the bike is a Full crash cage, rear stand, vortex 50 tooth rear sprocket, factory front seat, and four quarts of Mobil1 10w-40 motorcycle oil. Just had master cylinder recall done at John Kiley Cycle World where the front brake master cylinder, throttle cables and front brake reservoir were replaced. Asking price is $4000 or fair offer. 2014 AMA Supercross – Arlington Results

Tue, 18 Feb 2014

James Stewart‘s hot streak continues with his second-consecutive win and fourth AMA Supercross podium in five weeks after an impressive effort at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Fresh off of signing a contract extension with Yoshimura Suzuki, Stewart took control of the Arlington main event on the third lap, passing holeshot-taker Ryan Dungey and running away with the win. With his win last week at San Diego, Stewart becomes the first rider to win back-to-back races this season and establishes himself as a championship contender as we approach the mid-way point of the 2014 season.

New ÖHLINS products for GSX-R600 & GSX-R750

Fri, 25 Mar 2011

ÖHLINS Racing has completed final testing and is now ready to launch a complete range of suspension upgrade kits for the 2011 Suzuki GSX-R600 and GSX-R750 The GSX-R600 comes equipped with Big Piston Forks (BPF) as standard but Öhlins recommends fitting its NIX30 fork kit or pressurised system.  Aside from the perfermance improvements, these systems are much quicker and more simple to adjust with compression damping on the left fork leg and rebound on the right. The Öhlins TTX36 rear shock is the perfect accompaniment for the GSX-R600 and 750 and uses MotoGP developed Twin Tube technology, improving feedback by utilising positive pressure on both the compression and rebound stroke of the shock. The forks and shock can be interchanged between the 2011 GSX-R 600 & 750.
