2004 GSXR-1000 trackday race bike. Very good condition. Last trackday March 2015. Not street legal but can be made so with a few standard items. About the bike. It is a standard frame never down, mixed with former 2004 AMA Superstock/Superbike parts from Shawn Higbee's KWS Motorsports team. Aside from state of the art electronics introduce in later years this bike is awesome. What it has.
-Penske triple click rear shock -Traxxion Dynamics front suspension -Acissato master cylinder -Brembo brakes -HHH EBC pads -Galfer rotors fnt/rear -Superstock legal motor 184hp rear wheel last rebuild 2010 only 750 track miles since. -full titanium Yoshimura exhaust -Vortex 520 conversion -Vortex rear set -Progressive stearing dampener -Bridgestone Med/Soft slicks front&rear -KWS frame sliders -power commander with specialized map with uninstalled quickshift kit -extra set of rims with OEM rotors - three tanks - 2 fuel pumps - spare radiator -original race fairings signed by Shawn Higbee - pit bull stands - light weight lithium battery - box of nuts, bolts and miscellanious parts For an addition price I may include tools, fuel jugs, timers, tire warmers, ez up, table chairs etc. Open to negotiate. New AMA Pro SuperBike Final Qualifying Procedure To Be Implemented At Road America
Tue, 20 May 2014AMA Pro Racing is taking a page out of the playbook of the top racing series’ in the world and changing the qualifying format for AMA Pro SuperBike and breaking it up into three stages. This new format will debut later this month when AMA Pro Road Racing takes to the 4.05-mile track at Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wis., for the Subway SuperBike Doubleheader on May 30 – June 1, 2014. All AMA Pro SuperBike competitors will participate in Qualifying 1 and 2.

Wed, 27 Nov 2013Suzuki has released new images of its turbocharged Recursion concept. Revealed at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show, the Recursion, along with Kawasaki’s supercharged inline-Four engine herald a return to forced induction motorcycles last commonly seen in the ’80s. According to Suzuki, the Recursion’s 588cc parallel-Twin engine with an intercooler turbo produces 99 hp at 8000 rpm while also claiming 74 ft-lb.
