2008 Suzuki Gsx-R 600, This bike was rebuilt from the ground up in honor of a member of the US Air Force. There is over $5K in new parts and performance features. The complete rebuild was done by two shops, DoubleR Cycles (Body, suspension, wheels, tires, plastic, graphics, lights, mirrors, electrical) and GP Sports in San Jose (engine, head, thermostat). It is a finely tuned high performance bike that I will NOT sell to a first time rider. The odometer reads just over 27K, the work was completed at 25K. There is less than 2500 miles on the rebuild. 2014 WSBK – Sepang Results
Mon, 09 Jun 2014The first ever World Superbike round in Malaysia offered a plenty of drama including both factory Kawasaki riders crashing out on the first lap, a red flagged second race and an overall impressive outing by Aprilia. Under pressure for his lack of results so far this season, Marco Melandri impressed, earning the double for his first career wins on the RSV4 Factory. Aprilia riders led every lap in both races at Sepang, including the red-flagged initial start for Race 2, with Sylvain Guintoli joining his teammate on the podium with a pair of second-place finishes.
2013 AMA Daytona 200 Race Report
Mon, 18 Mar 2013Cameron Beaubier led a parade of Yamaha YZF-R6 racebikes to win the 72nd running of the famed Daytona 200. The Yamaha Extended Service Graves Yamaha rider started from pole position and led for 50 of 57 laps before winning by a 22.254-second margin. Behind Beaubier were four other R6 riders including his teammate Garret Gerloff who finished second.
