Suzuki GSX-R description

I'm offering an genuine Special Edition Suzuki 2002 Telefonica Movistar Edition GSXR 600 with low miles "immaculate" condition.  I have the clean tilted Pink Slip with current California registration paid through September 2013. It has a brand new battery, new oil and fresh tires. 

Bike  starts cleanly and runs crisp, has no mechanical issues. I rode the bike for about 100 miles and confirmed the bike runs perfect. It is a powerful, light and extremely fun bike to ride. Bike has never been tracked, raced, crashed, dropped or ridden in the rain. 

This bike was produced to commemorate USA's rider Kenny Robert Jr. during the 2001 MotoGP Championship. Although this bike would make a great daily driver, this bike is of or near collector quality and I give it a 9.6 out of 10. 

Shipping and shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. $1,000 is due at the end of auction. The remaining can be routed directly into my bank account or cash at time of pick-up.

Suzuki Reports 2011-2012 Results

Suzuki declared a loss of 2.4 billion yen (US$30.0 million) from its motorcycle division over the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012. Though still a loss, it’s an improvement on the loss of 10.8 billion yen reported the previous year. Suzuki attributes the loss to an appreciating yen and the financial impact from heavy flooding in Thailand.

Intermot 2012: 2013 Suzuki Boulevard Intruder C1500T Unveiled

Suzuki unveiled a new 1462cc touring cruiser at the  2012 Intermot show in Cologne, Germany. The Intruder C1500T comes with broad windscreen, footboards and ABS plastic saddlebags. The 2013 Suzuki Intruder C1500T is powered by a 1462cc liquid-cooled 54-degree V-Twin engine Suzuki claims is the most powerful engine in the 1000cc-1600cc cruiser class.

A tech-laden, long-legged addition to the K5 family Photography by: Ula Serra, Amylee Photography Suzuki has produced more than 180,000 of its K5 999 cc Inline Four cylinder engine in the last 18 years, and now we’re seeing that engine tasked with powering a tall sport touring bike that Suzuki calls the “supreme sport crossover," sitting between the sport-touring GSX-S1000GT that the GX is heavily based on, and adventure tourers like that of Suzuki’s V-Strom line. Leggy sport tourers, or crossovers, aren’t exactly a new thing, and since bikes like the Kawasaki Versys, Yamaha Tracer 9 GT, and BMW S 1000 XR exist, there is already some healthy competition for Hamamatsu to contend with. Suzuki tells us this is its most technologically advanced motorcycle yet, making the GSX-S1000GX a sort of flagship product for the brand.
