For sale is a 1987 Suzuki GSXR 750 but it has an 1100 motor with a 1127 Big Bore kit !!! Newer inverted larger front forks for increased stability and handling, steering stabilizer, upgraded front calipers for better stopping power, 38mm Mikuni flat slide carbs, undercut transmission for no gear slippage, Vance and Hines exhaust, Barnet clutch, custom seat, lowered front end, wider powder coated wheels and performance tires, billet masters and controls. Anyone who knows these early year GSXR's knows they are much lighter than later models, then put a 1127 Big Bore and...well...you do the math. This machine is a purpose built rocket made to do one thing really, really well...go fast !!! Runs great and sounds awesome!! A lot of time and money has gone into this bike. Ryan Villopoto captured his series-leading fourth win of the season in a red-flagged main event before a record crowd of 60,178 at St. Louis’ Edwards Jones Dome, as the 2013 AMA Supercross season reaches its midway point. The race started with MotoConcepts Suzuki rider Mike Alessi taking the holeshot with Muscle Milk Honda‘s Justin Barcia and Yoshimura Suzuki‘s James Stewart on his tail.

Eugene Laverty Signs with Suzuki for 2014 WSBK Season

World Superbike Championship runner-up Eugene Laverty has signed a deal with the Crescent Suzuki team to race in the 2014 season. Laverty finished second to Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes this season, with nine wins and 19 total podium finishes for the Aprilia factory team riding the RSV4. Next season, Laverty will switch to the Yoshimura-powered Suzuki GSX-R1000.

You've probably seen the video of Simon Crafar smoking up the 2012 GSX-R1000 at Almeria. Impressive stuff. Suzuki are (correct me if I'm wrong) the last manufacturer of an inline four superbike not to offer it with some sort of electronic rider aids.
