Up for sale this time is a 2002 Suzuki Katana 600. This bike has some cosmetic issues as you can see, and also has a slight bend to the forks. They might be able to be straitened, or you can get a new pair here on ebay for cheap. This would make someone a great project for a stunt bike, commuter, or even turned into a cafe racer. The possibilities are endless. With such a cheap purchase price, you can do whatever you like to this bike. It runs well, and I can drive it around the driveway without issue. Rear suspension, all brakes, acceleration is all good. Ready for her new owner to make her into something nice. Is This the New Suzuki V-Strom 650?
Wed, 01 Jun 2011Suzuki has released a teaser for a new mid-sized adventure bike, likely an updated V-Strom. The teaser campaign, which can be seen at Suzuki’s official website, shows the image above, along with the words: “Time For Real Adventures” and “Middle-Class New Motorcycle”. These hints suggest the new model will be an updated V-Strom 650, likely using an engine similar to the one powering the Suzuki Gladius SFV650.

A reverse trike very similar to the Campagna T-Rex, Virginia-based Tanom has just unveiled the Invader Model R at the SEMA show in Las Vegas. Powered by a 1340cc Suzuki Hayabusa engine, the Invader Model R shares the same chassis, body and motor as the Invader TC-3 coupe and receives a number of performance enhancements.
AMA Supercross: 2012 New Orleans Results
Mon, 16 Apr 2012Ryan Villopoto has already secured the 2012 AMA Supercross Championship but that doesn’t mean he’s ready to let up and take it easy over the remainder of the season. The Monster Energy Kawasaki racer clinched his second consecutive title two weeks ago in Houston, Texas, but he continued his dominance in AMA Supercross’ return to New Orleans’ Superdome, taking the holeshot and leading all 20 laps for his ninth win of the season in 14 rounds. The New Orleans round may have lacked some big names currently nursing injuries such as Ryan Dungey, James Stewart and Chad Reed, but Villopoto provided a star effort in the first AMA Supercross race in the city since 2009.
