DEAL OF THE DAY WITH LOW STARTING PRICE!!! you are bidding on a 1990 Suzuki 600cc katana that was brought into my shop about a year ago for work to have the ignition switch replaced as the previous customer lost his keys and he never had us fix the bike and has never been back and picked up his bike, so there is no keys and you are buying this bike knowing it will need an ignition switch. Intermot 2012: Updated Suzuki Burgman 650 Executive Introduced in Cologne
Wed, 03 Oct 2012Suzuki introduced an updated Burgman 650 scooter at the 2012 Intermot show, refining the maxi-scooter’s styling and giving a boost in fuel economy. The 2013 Suzuki Burgman 650 is powered by a 638cc liquid-cooled parallel twin engine, the same powerplant used when the scooter first debuted in 2002. Though the engine is essentially the same, Suzuki claims the 2013 Burgman 650 uses 15% less fuel than the previous model due to a refined transmission system and reduced losses from friction.

Mon, 06 Sep 2010It was good to catch up with my old mate Daryl Beattie last weekend in Misano. Daryl was pushing Mick Doohan hard for the 500cc World Championship in 1995 until he high sided and broke his collar bone in Assen mid way through the year. He eventually finished runner up in the series but then some fairly big tumbles from his Lucky Strike Suzuki in 1996 brought his career to a premature end.

Back in the day, the Japanese manufacturer relied on the European design studio Target Design to get an innovative motorcycle. Hans Muth, the ex-BMW designer at the time, presented two concepts: a 650cc prototype and a 1100cc version that ended up on the assembly line.
