1989 Suzuki GSX Katana 750 with under 18,000 miles.
There may be a few other nicer looking Katana's of this age, but none that run better! This bike does still look really good, especially for it's age and hasn't been laid down. Just a couple scrapes and scratches from normal wear. This bike sat for a long time, which explains it's low miles. A lot of money was spent on it to get it running like it runs now. Everything in the engine was recently professionally done. Carbs were completely cleaned, engine tuned, new fluids, new spark plugs all in the last couple weeks. All of the expensive add-ons have already been taken care of on this bike including a Jet kit and K&N filter, new pipes, red neon/led lights. This bike is super-fast and rides REALLY well. If you are looking for a nice sport bike at a reasonable price, this is the one you want! A $200 deposit is fine, but the remainder balance must be paid with check, echeck, cash or money order. Chase Quickpay is also fine for payment. I am happy to work with any shipper the buyer hires to transport the bike and can crate the bike for $85 if needed. Delivery is available for 59 cents per mile, round-trip, from Ashland, OH 44805 as we have a box truck with lift gate to deliver this to it's new location. |

2004-2013 Suzuki GSX-R Sportbikes Recalled for Master Cylinder Replacement
Wed, 16 Oct 2013Suzuki is recalling 2004-2013 GSX-R600 and GSX-R750 sportbikes as well as GSX-R1000 models from 2005-2013 because of a problem with their front brake master cylinders. As of publication, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has not officially announced any recalls because of the federal government work stoppage, but notices have been sent out to dealerships across the U.S. Meanwhile, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission has posted a recall, and we expect to see further news to come from other markets.

McGuinness had recorded third-place finishes at the Superbike, Superstock and the second Supersport TT races earlier in the week, but the active leader in Isle of Man TT wins was stuck at 19 wins all week. That finally changed and the Honda TT Legends racer finally earned win #20 in the final race of this year’s event, the Senior TT.
2012 Crescent Suzuki GSX-R1000 WSBK Racer Revealed
Tue, 07 Feb 2012The Crescent Suzuki race team unveiled its 2012 GSX-R1000 race bike for the upcoming World Superbike Championship season. The team revealed the livery for the Superbike which will be ridden by American John Hopkins and Englishman Leon Camier for the 2012 campaign. The 2012 Suzuki GSX-R1000 racebikes are prepped by tuning company Yoshimura.
