Suzuki GS description

This bike is being sold with (NO RESERVE). It has been sitting for about 5 or 6 years. It ran well before it was stored. I did start the bike last year. The valves had some chatter but that is expected in a motor that sat for so long. The battery is now dead so I haven't tried to start it. The body and frame have some surface rust and scratches but no dents that I can see. The seat is torn at some seams and will have to be recovered. The rack goes with the bike and I also have the two tail lights. This bike would be a great project bike or just use for parts. If you have any questions you can call me at (609) 517-2058.

Cresent Suzuki Team Entering WSBK; Several Other Shoes Still to Drop

Fri, 21 Oct 2011

British Superbike racing team Crescent Suzuki announced it will enter the World Superbike Championship next year, but Suzuki racing fans are perhaps left with even more questions about the 2012 racing season. Crescent Suzuki will enter two riders on GSX-R1000 superbikes next season, but the team has not named its riders or described the level of support it will receive from Suzuki. This season, Crescent Suzuki fielded John Hopkins and Jon Kirkham with Hopkins falling short of winning the championship thanks to a photo finish on the season’s final race.

Suzuki Reports 2011-2012 Results

Thu, 10 May 2012

Suzuki declared a loss of 2.4 billion yen (US$30.0 million) from its motorcycle division over the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012. Though still a loss, it’s an improvement on the loss of 10.8 billion yen reported the previous year. Suzuki attributes the loss to an appreciating yen and the financial impact from heavy flooding in Thailand.

Ring-a-ding-a-ding-ding goes Schwantz's RGV500

Wed, 02 Sep 2009

LISTEN IN as veteran Suzuki GP mechanics warm-up Kevin Schwantz's title-winning RGV500, prior to his demonstration ride at Indianapolis Raceway last weekend. The former 500cc Champion lapped the Grand Prix circuit, while waving to the crowd. He even popped the odd wheelie.
