Suzuki GS description

Due to my fourth hernia surgery, I'm forced to sell my bike. Recently had stator replaced, along with the transmission( second and sixth gear and shifter forks), due to a manufacturers defect from Suzuki. If your in the market for a Gsxr and you are looking at 1 that hasn't had second gear fixed with Suzuki updated parts , I would hope your getting a deal because the repair bill on mine was over $800.00. I have all parts and labor receipts for my bottom end rebuild and stator replacement. Bike has lots of parts that have been powdercoated : triple tree, both wheels, rear sets, swingarm, heel guards, brake levers, and rear master cylinder top. Bike has original rear seat and solo cover, full Yoshimura stainless exhaust, Power Commander 3, and after market front and rear sprockets. Bike runs, shifts, and rides like new. Hate to sell, but I'm 40yrs old and just not healthy enough to ride anymore. Serious inquires only-may trade for 1994 or newer mustang gt and that's all. Emails will be answered if you leave your number. Contact Matt at

LISTEN IN as veteran Suzuki GP mechanics warm-up Kevin Schwantz's title-winning RGV500, prior to his demonstration ride at Indianapolis Raceway last weekend. The former 500cc Champion lapped the Grand Prix circuit, while waving to the crowd. He even popped the odd wheelie.
