I have a 1985 Suzuki GS550 street bike in good condition for sale. Bike has 7,770 original miles on it and has been garage kept. This is my wife's bike and she no longer rides it so makes no sense to have it just sit. Bike runs good and has better then 75% tread left on tires. Will need carbs cleaned from sitting so long but will run fine as it sits. Battery is 2 yrs old and holds a good charge. It is a 6 gear four cyl fast running machine that would make a good 1st bike or a really great christmas present for some one. I am asking $1250.00 cash for it or will take cash and a Android 4.1 or 4.2 jelly bean tablet. Images show just as bike looks, very clean and well taken care of. Michelin Unveils New Tire for Dual Sport Motorcycles
Wed, 06 Feb 2013More than half of the new BMW R 1200 GSs that roll off the assembly line in 2013 will be fitted with Michelin’s new big trail tire, the Anakee III. BMW and Michelin worked together to co-develop the dual-sport tire, which is designed to deliver all the safety and off road capability big trail motorcycle users demand. The Anakee III will also be available as a replacement option for other leading dual sport bikes, like the Suzuki V-Strom, Kawasaki KLR, Triumph Tiger and Yamaha Super Tenere.

Mon, 13 Jan 2014After a day of rest, Sunday’s stage seven was characterized by rain during the night and a new Dakar country – Bolivia. After an early start at 4:30 in the morning, the first 62 miles of the special stage into Bolivia had to be shortened due to rain and poor visibility, low-hanging clouds that prevented the helicopters from taking off creating security issues. The route led across the Andes and towards the Bolivian border.
Suzuki GW250 Inazuma Reportedly Coming to Canada
Tue, 30 Oct 2012The Suzuki Inazuma is coming to Canada, according to multiple reports. The entry-level motorcycle was displayed at a recent dealer meeting in Mont Tremblant, Quebec, though it appears Canadians may have to wait as bit longer for the Inazuma to arrive in showrooms. According to Canadian sites CMGOnline and MotorcycleMojo, Suzuki is in the initial stages of introducing the 248cc streetbike to Canada, so a 2014 launch may be more likely than 2013 availability.
