Suzuki GS description

PLENTY OF RIDING DAYS LEFT! Even though its fall you can still get some days in. This bike will be good to go in April when the weather clears up too. It'll start right up, guaranteed.

cafe racer built by 2nd Chance Customs in Pekin. 2,238 miles on new build.

The bike was completely rebuilt from the ground up. I put a DynoJet stage 3 jet kit in the carbs, cleaned and rebuilt carbs in March 2015, and replaced the rubber boots that the carbs connect into. No vacuum leaks whatsoever. It's tuned very well. The forks are new. The rebuild only has 2238 miles on it. This bike runs FANTASTIC. It's a quick little scoot at 650cc. This was my first bike and I'm only selling bc i'm venturing into opening my own bar. This new build has never been dropped. The tank and seat pan are perfect. Tires are good as new just about. I also got the gas tank coated and sealed at Rex Radiator in Peoria. Its very clean. Its been garage kept it's entire life. The engine is not the original, the original was replaced with the same model year just much less wear and tear than the original. I'll add more close up picture later.

2011 Isle of Man TT Recap

Fri, 10 Jun 2011

The Isle of Man TT usually provides a lot of drama, and this year’s event was no different. John McGuinness, second on the all-time TT wins list, added two more wins to his resume to win the Joey Dunlop Trophy while MotoCzysz once again fell just short of taking the bounty for being the first electric motorcycle team to record a 100 mph lap on the Mountain Course. The 2011 Isle of Man TT also had its share of tragedy with three racing fatalities.

K-Tech release 25SSK for Big Piston Forks

Mon, 21 May 2012

K-Tech have released their popular 25SSK front fork open cartridge system to fit all Showa Big Piston Forks. Here's what K-Tech have to say about them: These lightweight aluminium units are supplied to the same exacting specification as all other 25SSK fitments with 14mm piston rods and a 25mm cartridge tube, the 14mm piston rods displace a large volume of oil through the 25mm control pistons giving enhanced damping characteristics over the standard Big Piston Fork and allow a bigger volume of air for a more precise feel at the bottom of the fork travel. The cartridge kits have compression and rebound adjustment in both legs and are supplied with 1.5mm Flow Control Valves for a more accurate adjustment, all necessary hardware is supplied to convert the Big Piston Forks to take the cartridges but it is necessary to order the springs you require as these are not included, customer price for the 25SSK cartridges is £725.00 + VAT and are available for the following models:- Honda CBR1000RR 2012 Kawasaki ZX6-R 2009-2012 Kawasaki ZX10-R 2011-2012 Suzuki GSXR600 2011-2012 Suzuki GSXR1000 2009-2012 Contact K-Tech on: +44(0)1283 559007.
