I don't understand

 I am auctioning a nice rider. Suzuki Volusia 800cc Vtwin cruiser.  It has very low miles at 4,200 miles. It is a 2004 model and I am the third owner.

Bought this bike from my step dad, who takes ridiculously meticulous care of his vehicles.. I think he spent more time cleaning the bike than riding it.  He had the windshield on (quick release), large leather bags with mounts and support and liners, mirrors, sissybar, the whole works.. I stripped it all down.
