The lightweight responsiveness of the Suzuki Boulevard S40 enhances the amount joy you'll have cruising down the highway and beyond the city limits. The S40 utilizes a strong single-cylinder engine that provides exciting low-end to mid-range torque and rock solid reliability. At cruising speeds, you'll really appreciate the ride quality of the S40's suspension. Features Engine A 652cc, SOHC, single-cylinder, air-cooled four-stroke engine with TSCC (Twin Swirl Combustion Chambers) cylinder head and high mass crankshaft produces strong low-end power and torque. An electric Starter with automatic decompression system provides quick, easy engine starting. A precision electronic ignition system includes a maintenance-free battery. Chassis The Suzuki Boulevard S40 comes with an attractive tear drop-shaped fuel tank (2.8 gal capacity) with flush-mounted speedometer. A hydraulic front disc brake and drum-type rear brake provide strong, reliable braking performance. A wide 15" rear tire and slim 19" front tire provides a classic cruiser look. Polished spoke wheels provide a classic look like larger cruiser models and a polished upper fork bracket features an attractive and durable clear coat finish. Fri, 07 Mar 2014Although aftermarket grips and LED strips are both listed on the ad for this poor Suzuki, there’s no mention of the single disc conversion at the front of the bike. It’s a good job the seller is in no rush to sell. Surely this is the worst looking SV650 ever?You can see the original ad here.

Thu, 01 Sep 2022We dare you, Suzuki: call it the P-Strom Credit: Photos by BMH-Images Spy photographers have snapped images of two new Suzuki prototypes powered by a new Parallel-Twin engine. The two motorcycles, an adventure bike and a naked model, appear to be the eventual successors to the V-Strom 650 and SV650, and the culmination of a long development path for Suzuki’s new middleweight twin-cylinder engine. The 645cc engine powering the V-Strom and SV650 has long been one of our favorites, but having only received updates to keep them compliant with emissions standards, the liquid-cooled V-Twin has been getting quite long in the tooth.

Wed, 24 Jul 2013A little while ago, Honda revealed a 130mph tractor lawn mower with an engine from a Superhawk. Along a similar vein is the Isle of Man’s Garage Insanity with a mobility scooter equipped with a 600cc inline-four engine from a Suzuki Katana. According to Garage Insanity, the mobility scooter has a theoretical top speed of 140mph given enough running room, though in practice, it’s only been timed at 102.2 mph over a quarter-mile.
