The C50 Special Edition boasts a fuel-injected, 805cc, 45-degree, V-twin engine that cranks out an abundant amount of torque down low and matched by exciting top-end performance. The C50 Special Edition model arrives with a pair of cast aluminum wheels. Features Climb aboard a true classic. Kick back and enjoy the timeless style that made riding synonymous with freedom. It s all about the laid-back stance, broad saddle, and that irresistible rumble that only a cruiser can provide. Engine Narrow 805cc, fuel injected, liquid-cooled, SOHC, four-valve-per-cylinder, 45-degree V-twin engine is tuned for exceptional low RPM torque. Digitally tuned with throttle-position sensors to provide even more low-end torque from the big V-Twin engine. Suzuki Dual Throttle Valve (SDTV) electronic fuel-injection system maintains optimum air velocity in the intake tract for smooth low-to mid-RPM throttle response. Transmission A wide-ratio five-speed transmission features a high fifth gear ratio for relaxed highway cruising. Low-maintenance shaft drive is clean-running and offers low torque reaction. Chassis Digitally tuned with throttle-position sensors to provide even more low-end torque from the big V-Twin engine. Telescopic forks provide 5.5 inches of smooth suspension travel. Ryan Villopoto captured his fifth-consecutive AMA Supercross win and sixth in seven rounds with a victory in the main event at Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider passed holeshot-taker Mike Alessi on the opening lap and led the rest of the way for the win. Alessi, riding the Motoconcepts Racing Suzuki RM-Z450, remained in the hunt for the first few laps but soon gave way to a group including Team Honda Muscle Milk’s Trey Canard, Red Bull KTM‘s Ryan Dungey and Yoshimura Suzuki’s James Stewart.

From a Suzuki press release: The 2015 Suzuki MotoGP GSX-RR was unveiled at today’s Motegi MotoGP race in Japan as 1993 World 500cc GP Champion Kevin Schwantz was joined by 1982 World Champion Franco Uncini for demonstration laps at the Twin Ring circuit. Schwantz, who joined the Suzuki MotoGP test team for its test at Austin in Texas, USA earlier this year, rode the GSX-RR while Uncini demonstrated the GSV-R that last competed in the 2011 MotoGP series. Kevin Schwantz: “I started very carefully as we didn’t start from pit-lane and without tyre warmers, but I soon felt the machine was being very stable and I was able to speed-up.
