2009 Suzuki Boulevard S40 , Perfect commuter bike with only 8900 miles on it. I love this bike and was considering doing the RYCA Cafe Racer conversion, but I am moving and can't take it with me. I bought it nearly brand new from a CHP Bike cop and rode it pretty much everyday for the last year and a half. Every required maintenance has been done at Honda of NoHo, including the recent 8k miles maintenance - I maintain it very well in a garage. Also, I just replaced the battery. Image courtesy erstarnews.com According to a post on Elk River Star News.com (erstarnews.com) a bear did some serious damage to a Suzuki Boulevard C50 before realizing the cruiser wasn’t as tasty as maybe it first appeared. The Star News reports that Tammy Luukkonen’s damaged Boulevard was discovered by her husband Roy Luukkonen.
John Hopkins Ready for Comeback
Sat, 08 Feb 2014When last we heard from California racer John Hopkins, the former MotoGP racer announced he would return to British Superbike racing after being out of action for nearly two years due to various injuries. With the 2014 BSB season starting in April, Hopkins spoke with Suzuki’s official racing website to provide an update on his impending return with the Tyco Suzuki team. Hopkins says he has been practicing on a motocross track and is close to a deal with the Yoshimura Suzuki AMA team to test on a Gixxer.
