2007 Suzuki VL1500 Garage kept with cover on, saw rain maybe three times. Serviced at local Suzuki dealer every 3,000 miles. 2 adult owners and never down. I have had the bike 6 or 7 years. Recent service, new Metzler tires, 18" front and 16" rear and very nice billet wheels. Everything works on the bike. See pictures for accessories. Also have Battery Tender & external charger hookup and new Suzuki cover. GPS, Phone charger, MP3 hook up,NEW XXL jacket, T-Bag--Ice Chest, Side Burner exhaust with Bully programmer, Chaps for engine guards. Everything goes. This bike is right. Suzuki GSX-R1000 Sportbike Gets New VVT System
Tue, 29 Jan 2019Suzuki has adopted the SR-VVT (Suzuki Racing Variable Valve Timing) system on the 2017 GSX-R1000. A centrifugal drive system is integrated into the intake gear and adjacent guide plate. It features 12 steel balls and slant grooves to rotate and synchronize the intake valve at a predetermined RPM for increased power at high RPMs.

But at Round Four at O.o Coliseum in Oakland, Calif., Ryan Villopoto showed why he remains the top dog, leading each lap for his second win of the season. The Kawasaki rider only trailed at the very start of the race, as Honda rider Vince Friese took the holeshot with Yamaha‘s Justin Brayton slotting in second through the first corner.
