Suzuki Boulevard description

2001 Suzuki Boulevard C50 VL800 Volusia, The Volusia 800--It feels big on power and has a commanding presence. Thats right, we are talking Suzuki VL800/C50. This bike has such a smooth, responsive motor that its fun to dart in and out of traffic by just rolling on and off the throttle. We have done some engine work to this one, it has new cam chain, and cam chain guides, it is ready for the long haul! Like new Wide white wall Metzeler tires give a clean look to it. The wide bars, low center of gravity and relative light weight (for a cruiser!) gives you way more confidence than youd expect from a near-600 pound bike in this environment. This is the VL800 Volusia. It also has Cobra pipes, WOW what a sound! Urban traffic is what this bike is designed for and it is indeed lot of fun. Once youre around the on ramp, the smooth clutch, gearbox and burly motor get you up to illegal speeds in no time. This is a great running and riding bike, fully serviced and ready to ride!! Be sure to check out brennys dot com for this, and lots of other bikes, and ATVs.

Maybe the Evo class is the future for WSB?

Thu, 05 May 2011

Did we see the future of World Superbike racing last weekend at the BSB event? Possibly, but only if everyone is on Evo spec machines in 2012. By setting the 2nd fastest lap in race one and running second for a while in race two, the brilliant Alex Lowes proved that with a good grid position an Evo spec machine can be competitive for part race distance at least.

Who To Watch In AMA Pro SuperSport

Thu, 13 Mar 2014

America’s road racing champions of tomorrow are racing in AMA Pro SuperSport today, and their season kicks off this weekend at Daytona International Raceway. With events on both Friday and Saturday, there are plenty of chances for glory for the 48 competitors entered. AMA Pro SuperSport is the most unpredictable class and the racing gives a chance for riders in the large fields to step up and prove they have what it takes. A great example is reigning AMA Pro GoPro Daytona SportBike Champion and current SuperBike pilot Cameron Beaubier, who cut his teeth in his two-victory, two-pole season in 2010.

NZ Superbike Series Points Leader Is A Grandfather Of Three!

Tue, 14 Jan 2014

Dennis Charlett is stamping his authority on the New Zealand Superbike championship. The 45 year-old father of five and grandfather of three (no, those aren’t typos) won the first three races of the season during the series opener in Christchurch, placing him firmly at the top of the points standings heading into round two at Levels Raceway, near Timaru. The championship favorite certainly got the wake-up call as Taupo’s Suzuki rider Scott Moir raced to a convincing win in Saturday’s Superbike race, while Charlett was forced to settle for fourth place.
