1984 Suzuki Rm on 2040-motos
Suzuki RM tech info
Suzuki RM description
I'm listing a 1984 Suzuki RM 125. The bike is almost completely stock other then the handlebars grips, levers, new air filter and a couple bolts. The top end has less then an hour on it with a new Suzuki standard bore piston and a resleeved cylinder. All the plastic is oem with normal signs of use for a 32 year old motorcross bike. The front forks are rebuilt with new oil and seals. The exhaust is stock and has had some repairs done to it over the years but doesn't look bad the muffler was also repacked. It has a new repop seat cover on it but the original one is still on the bike under the new one it has two small tears in the back so I recovered it. It has a brand new rear tire on it that has never been ridden on. The brake pads are in good shape with plenty of life left in them. It has a new UNI air filter installed. The motor frame, and header have all been repainted. It has new shroud decals and the original swing arm decals are still on it and don't look bad. The bike starts on the second kick and runs and shifts through all the gears fine. The only thing on this bike I didn't redo is the rear shock other then that it's been totally gone through. This is a really clean good running vintage motocross bike and would look good in any collection. Being that it is a 32 year old dirt bike there is no title and I'll supply a bill of sale for it.

2013 AMA Superbike Daytona Race Report
Mon, 18 Mar 2013The story leading up to the opening round of the 2013 AMA Pro National Guard Superbike season was whether anyone would be able to keep up with defending champion Josh Hayes. After all, the Monster Energy Graves Yamaha rider dominated the competition last season winning 16 of 20 races including a string of 10 in a row. The season-opening round at Daytona International Speedway appeared to start on script with Hayes qualifying in pole position.
AMA Pro Racing Announces Basic Twins Flat Track Class for 2014 Season
Fri, 12 Apr 2013AMA Pro Racing announced a new class for Flat Track racing designed to provide a new stepping stone for up-and-coming Pro-licensed racers, replacing the Pro Singles class in 2014. The new class, to be called Basic Twins, is more or less a revival of the Basic Expert Twins division that ran during the 2007 and 2008 seasons, but dropped when the Pro Singles class was introduced for 2009. The new class will give young racers a chance to showcase their skills on Twins, easing their transition to eventually enter the Grand National Expert Twins class.
