Bike haslow miles but I have ridden it for the summer and repaired everything that it needed.I pulled the head and cylinders and decarbonized it. The pistons and cylindersare in terrific shape I honed them very lightly and installed new rings. The crankseals are good. I cleaned and rebuilt the carbs and installed new rubber coverson the linkages and the throttle rods. Battery is almost new. I installed both rear sprockets and installed a new heavy duty chain.It has a new rear tire and new fork seals, new seal on gas cap and the pet cockis rebuilt. new seal in oil pump and new o rings on the feed lines. Pump works great.The timing is set with a dial indicator. I am a retired machinist and mechanicand take pride in my work. The gas tank is very clean inside. Thu, 23 Jun 2011Suzuki announced its 2012 motocross lineup consisting of the RM-Z450, RM-Z250, RM-85 and RM-85L. All four models return unchanged save for graphic updates. The 2012 Suzuki RM-Z450 and RM-Z250 (pictured above) are fuel injected and equipped with fully-adjustable Showa forks, twin-spar aluminum chassis and swingarm and five-speed transmissions.
Suzuki MotoGP Team Make Progress In Final European Test At Mugello
Thu, 26 Sep 2013A week on from the Suzuki MotoGP test at the Misano circuit, and the team has wrapped up its final test of the season at Mugello. Here, team riders Randy DePuniet and Nobu Aoki tested a new cowling, an updated chassis, as well as further revisions to the electronics package. The new cowling was reported to give a better top-speed performance without any negative effects under different circuit conditions, so it was an improvement and step-forward from the team’s initial test of it in Misano.
