No time for me to restore this bike.  This bike was parked  in a garage under a cover 29 years ago until I picked it up. I haven't done anything to it, won't start obviously.

 You are bidding on a very nice example of a Suzuki JR50 dirt bike (VIN: LN1JA13AGW1100996).  This bike is in excellent condition and looks virtually new.  It has never been wrecked or laid down, starts on the firs kick and rides great.  Included in the sale are a set of training wheels for the bike, as well as a pair of size 13 Youth MSR steel tipped boots and riding gloves.  The bike is yellow with white placards and has a 49cc 1-cylinder, oil-injected, 2-stroke reed valve engine with 5.6:1 compression.  A centrifugal clutch drives the 1-speed trans.  Kick start, drum brakes front and rear, and a chain drive start and stop the bike.  It has a throttle stop screw to control how far the throttle can be twisted - this is instrumental in helping them to learn how to control the speed.  This JR50 also comes with the ability to raise the seat height with some spacers on the top of the forks and a height adjustable suspension.  This feature is nice as we all know kids grow quickly.  The reliability is the best - they don't break!  It is designed for children ages 5 to 12, and has been used for both racing and recreational riding.  The JR50's engine was later used in the ALT50 and LT50 ATV's.  You can't go wrong when you purchase a Suzuki JR 50! This TC250 has been restored to like new condition.  1000s  of $s and hours were invested in the restoration of this show winner.  This bike is the first model to have a 6 speed gear box. Fresh paint, tank has no rust, tank chrome in great shape, rebuilt OEM petcock, NOS badges, new seat cover and foam, NOS grips, NOS cables, NOS chrome rims, spokes and nipples, new tires and tubes, new brakes front and rear, forks have been rebuilt, new rear shocks, complete engine rebuild including pistons, rings, seals, clutch plates, carbs ultrasonically cleaned with NOS floats and full rebuild kits, new points and condensers, pipes are in great shape, etc.  Too many items to list in this restoration.  This is the bike that eluded me in my teens. After restoring and enjoying the bike it is time to pass it along to someone who will enjoy it as much as I did.

First let me say that this bike does not have a title. You can not get a title for anything below the year 1975 here in Alabama. The bike is in great shape and the engine is newly rebuilt.

I recently sold my home so I want to be fair to my Bergman.  She deserves a new owner who can provide her with a garage.  I bought my Suzuki Bergman 650 from my 80 year old dad last year.  My dad and I serviced her when she needed it.  She has never been wrecked but I did drop her once.  I am only five foot two inches and I lost my balance with her once and gave her a little boo boo on the left side.  Accessories include a Givi windshield, four storage compartments (three in the dash or console and one under the seat) and luggage rack on the back.  Having a step through opening makes it easy to get on and off.  This bike requires very little biking experience to ride with confidence.  You can select electric shift or automatic drive.  It has lots of power and it is very comfortable, which makes those long trips a joy.  The windshield and front console gives you lots of protection from the elements (Cold, Wind or Rain) and helps keep you warm.  My Bergman was kept in a garage until recently, but I do have a cover over it.   This Is A Great Bike!  She is tuned up and ready to ride!  She only needs a New Owner to Enjoy her! This is a low mileage 1969 Suzuki T500 twin cylinder twin. It has good compression. It is missing the carbs and left side cover.
