2012 Suzuki Tu250 , I bought this bike brand new from King Cycles in Brooklyn earlier this year. It is as lightly used as a bike can be. It has under 500 miles, runs perfectly, and looks amazing. I thought I was going to be in town a lot more this summer, but work has taken me away, and I'm just not around enough to ride it. Out the door from the dealership, it cost me $5499 w/ fees, 24 month extended coverage, etc. I called King Cycles, and they said the warranty is transferable - so you would be saving a ton of money from what you'd pay at the dealership, but still be covered under their warranty through March 2016. I have the clean title, manual, extra set of keys - everything you'd get at the dealership with a few extras - plate puller, RAM Mounts Finger Grip phone holder, and cargo net. I've got all the receipts and paperwork, and feel free to bring your mechanic to check it out. Everything runs/works like new, and it's probably the least expensive fuel-injected bike out there. While the company’s name might not be commonplace among performance oriented riders – yet – some pretty big names are using MWR filters even though the company doesn’t pay sponsorship dollars. According to MWR’s press release, “the reigning WSBK champion, Tom Sykes uses MWR Air Filters in his Kawasaki ZX10R.” Also, 17 riders at the Isle of Man TT were running with MWR filters.
Suzuki has prepared a touring version of the V-Strom, the 1050XT Tour
Fri, 11 Dec 2020Suzuki has expanded its lineup by simply adding three black-painted aluminum panniers to the older V-Strom. The resulting "V-Strom" package has acquired its own name: Suzuki V-Strom 1050XT Tour. The total volume of the top and both side cases is 112 liters.
