Another Teaser for New “Middle-class” Suzuki Motorcycle

Suzuki has released a another teaser for its upcoming “Middle-class New Motorcycle”. We wrote about the previous teaser last week, speculating the new motorcycle is an updated Suzuki V-Strom, possibly a V-Strom 650 with a retuned version of the Gladius’ engine. A commenter named Steven suggested it might be a V-Strom 1000 instead.

The Top 1 Oil Ack Attack streamliner motorcycle, currently the world’s fastest motorcycle with a top one-way speed of 394.084 mph and a world record speed of 376.4 mph, will attempt to set a new world record by topping the 400 mph barrier during Mike Cook’s Bonneville Shootout by VARTA Powersports, Sep. 12-16. Suzuki Pushes MotoGP Return Back to 2015

The good news is Suzuki revealed the first official images of its new MotoGP prototype racer. The bad news is the Japanese manufacturer announced it is delaying its MotoGP return for another year, now targeting a comeback for the 2015 season. When Suzuki first announced its withdrawal from the MotoGP championship in 2011, the plan was to return for the 2014 season.
