Milan: Yoshimura special GSX-R600

Celebrating their success at the Suzuka 8hr (last year), Suzuki in their longterm partnership with Yoshimura have put together this trick looking GSX-R600. The Gixxer six has been treated to the full Yoshimura race-kit alongside a host of other parts. Everything about this special is perfect; from the cool Yoshi paintscheme down to the faux race-headlight.

Suzuki Provides Aid Following Chinese Earthquake

Suzuki is providing 10 million yen (US$100,500) in aid to the Red Cross Society to provide support for those affected by the April 20 earthquake in China’s Sichuan province. Suzuki‘s pledge is in addition to 1 million RMB (US$161,000) donated by Chongqing Changan Suzuki Automobile Co., a Suzuki joint venture with China’s Changan Group. The region in southwestern China was hit by a major tremor at about 8 o’clock in the morning, local time.

"Gixer’s" New Clothes

Instead of announcing models for 2017, Suzuki has unveiled a special edition of two of its bestselling models, the GSX-S1000 and GSX-S1000F. The GSX-S1000 Carbon Edition is available in black, blue, and red, with some elements finished in yellow fluorescent paint. The bike is fitted with body-coloured Brembo monoblock calipers, as well as carbon crankcase covers and fender liner.
