Today the motorcycle press descended upon the Long Beach Convention Center to attend media day at the annual International Motorcycle Show. After feasting from a continental breakfast buffet the discerning journalists set to the task of reporting on the bounty of new model motorcycles – most of which has been previously showcased in our November EICMA reporting. Tanom Motors To Unveil Invader Model R High Performance Reverse Trike in 2014

We’ve noticed most three-wheelers on this site get a bad reception from you, our faithful MO readers, so we’re interested in hearing your thoughts on the Tanom Motors Invader Model R. A reverse trike very similar to the Campagna T-Rex, Virginia-based Tanom has just unveiled the Invader Model R at the SEMA show in Las Vegas. Powered by a 1340cc Suzuki Hayabusa engine, the Invader Model R shares the same chassis, body and motor as the Invader TC-3 coupe and receives a number of performance enhancements.

2013 AMA Daytona 200 Race Report

Cameron Beaubier led a parade of Yamaha YZF-R6 racebikes to win the 72nd running of the famed Daytona 200. The Yamaha Extended Service Graves Yamaha rider started from pole position and led for 50 of 57 laps before winning by a 22.254-second margin. Behind Beaubier were four other R6 riders including his teammate Garret Gerloff who finished second.
