Great Highly Collectible Bike!Sold as is!Full fairing and ONLY 32,000 mis. These bikes are just broken in at 30,zero miles!Awesome shape. Black with trunk and Full top of the line Windjammer fairing.Runs well..Needs battery and may need upper valve cover gasket....has been in storage in my garage for over ten years. Looks as good as a 33yr old bike can when cleaned up and polished. No damage to bike that I know of other than battery.Here's pic's..bike is dirty after a decade of sitting... Third Annual ‘The MEET’ at ACM
Tue, 26 Aug 2014More than 2,000 attendees visited America’s Car Museum for its 3rd annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival ‘The MEET’ last weekend in Tacoma, Washington, where over 300 motorcycles and scooters were showcased on the Haub Family Field at LeMay. The event drew pre-1981 motorcycles and scooters from the U.S. and Canada, including an antique motorcycle display, swap meet, cruise-in and a 78-mile roundtrip tour from ACM’s Anderson Plaza to Mt. Rainier.
Suzuki to Relocate R&D Facility to Lower Tsunami Risk Area
Thu, 07 Jul 2011Suzuki is considering moving its motorcycle research facility from its current coastal location to its main factory in Hamamatsu, Japan, to decrease the risk of damage from future tsunamis. According to a report in the Nikkei business daily, Suzuki is acquiring more land in Hamamatsu to house the research center and other facilities. Suzuki CEO Osamu Suzuki first brought up the idea to relocate some of its higher risk coastal properties during its 2011-2012 fiscal year forecast report.
