1978 Suzuki PE175 2-stroke dirt bike. Runs great, no mechanical problems. Front and back brakes are in good condition. The clutch is in good condition and all the gears function properly. Both front and back tires are in good shape. Plastic is faded but all intact with no cracks. The decals are gone. Left hand grip is torn on the end. Only thing this bike may need soon is the kick arm for the kick starter. The teeth on the arm are starting to strip but the teeth on the shaft that goes into the motor are unharmed. The bike can still be kick started like normal but to prevent further damage, it could be replaced in the future. Odometer does not work. Both the headlight and taillight are include but need bulbs. Bike has a new fuel filter and starts second or third kick every time. In the listing it says it has a clear title but it DOES NOT have a title, they didn't come with a title when new. Ben Spies Retires from Motorcycle Racing

Spies retires with a World Superbike title in his first and only season in the series, and three AMA Superbike Championships. “I want to thank everyone from racing organizations, factories, teams and all my fans for helping me and supporting me throughout my career,” says Spies.
2013 LA Calendar Motorcycle Show Report
Mon, 22 Jul 2013The 22nd edition of the annual LA Calendar Motorcycle Show marked its return to the Queen Mary Seawalk Village in Long Beach, California with hometown boy Sam Baldi taking the Bike Building Championship’s Best of Show trophy with a Jimmy Todorovith/Profile Cycles built Big Twin custom named “Lost Angel.” This year’s Calendar Show showcased not only top builders but selected vendors and exhibitors, and of course the Calendar Girl Music live performances. And as always, this year’s show celebrated the world premiere of the 2014 FastDates.com Motorcycle PinUp Calendars, featuring the world’s top SBK World Superbikes, sport and cafe bikes, and custom motorcycles with the beautiful Calendar Kittens. On hand throughout the day to meet with fans and pose for pictures were Calendar Kittens Apple Price, together with official SBK World Superbike grid girls Jessica Harbour and singer/songwriter Sarah Horvath.
Kevin Schwantz Visits Suzuki Headquarters Ahead of Suzuka 8-Hours
Mon, 07 Jul 2014Former 500cc World Champion Kevin Schwantz recently visited Japan to take part in the official test for the 2014 Coca-Cola Zero Suzuka 8-Hours. Schwantz, who last year finished third at Suzuka riding for Team Kagayama, is part of the Yoshimura Suzuki Shell Advance Legend Racing Team and will ride alongside his 1986 Suzuka 8-Hour partner Satoshi Tsujimoto and Suzuki Moto GP test rider Nobuatsu Aoki.
