Here is a beautiful suzuki gt550 located on long island new york and is inly avaible for local pick up. The bike has under 11,000 miles and is completly original beside the front light which is much brighter than the original. Has electric and kick start and electric dash showing what gear you are in which was the first year they had that feature. Just bought a new battery ifor it but have not installed it yet. The bike will start right up and was running and was completly gone through a couple months back and rides beautifly. I also have an extra set of pipes and un opened original mixed parts that will be imcluded.The bike is originally from new mexico and was purchased from the original owner. Fri, 30 Jan 2009Donald and Andrew Higginbotham, are a father and son team that converted a Suzuki RF900 into an electric motorcycle at their home over the course of three months worth of Saturdays. It ended up costing about $3,000 to complete with parts from Electric Motorsport. The bike gets about 35 miles per charge at a maximum speed of 55mph.
