MOTOR IS LOCKED, BUT IM GOING TO PUT SOME OIL IN THE CYLINDERS AND LET IT SOAK.NO TITLE, BIKE WAS FOUND IN AN ABANDONED HOUSE. BRAKES ARE FREE AND WORK, ROLL PERFECT.
