I've got a 2003 Suzuki Intruder 800 that is in superb shape, no scratches or dings on the bike and is always stored inside. The bike has been well maintained and only has 8,300 mis. This bike is a joy to ride. The only blemishes on the bike are on the pipes, 1 where a plastic bag from a parking lot hit and burnt and a spot where it's pitted. Eugene Laverty Signs with Suzuki for 2014 WSBK Season
Tue, 12 Nov 2013World Superbike Championship runner-up Eugene Laverty has signed a deal with the Crescent Suzuki team to race in the 2014 season. Laverty finished second to Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes this season, with nine wins and 19 total podium finishes for the Aprilia factory team riding the RSV4. Next season, Laverty will switch to the Yoshimura-powered Suzuki GSX-R1000.
2009-2011 Suzuki GSX-R1000 Recalled for Side Stand Interlock Switch
Fri, 01 Jun 2012Suzuki is issuing a recall for 2009-2011 GSX-R1000 because of a potential failure of the side stand interlock switch. The interlock switch is what cuts off the ignition circuit on a motorcycle when the side stand is down and the transmission is in any gear except neutral. Its purpose is to prevent a motorcycle from moving with the stand deployed.
Blake Young to Ride Attack Performance CRT in Three U.S. MotoGP Rounds
