2003 Suzuki Hayabusa LIMITED EDITION, w/ aftermarket farrings and two brothers full exhaust system, double bubble windscreen, aftermarket brake and clutch levers, 14k miles. Defective neutral switch, a few minor nicks throughout the plastics (I tried to capture them in the pictures). Spare gas tank and German style helmet (not D.O.T) Black full face helmet, gloves, motorcycle cover, and jacket (size XL). Brakes and chain has less than 1000 miles. Image courtesy erstarnews.com According to a post on Elk River Star News.com (erstarnews.com) a bear did some serious damage to a Suzuki Boulevard C50 before realizing the cruiser wasn’t as tasty as maybe it first appeared. The Star News reports that Tammy Luukkonen’s damaged Boulevard was discovered by her husband Roy Luukkonen.
John Hopkins Loses Fingertip [Warning: Graphic Image May be a Shocker]
Sat, 14 Jan 2012Following numerous procedures and some complications, American racer John Hopkins has undergone surgery to remove the tip of his right ring finger. The Crescent Suzuki racer initially injured the finger in a crash while competing as a MotoGP wild card entry for Rizla Suzuki in the Czech Republic Grand Prix at Brno in August. Since then, Hopkins underwent six procedures to repair his finger to no avail.
Philippine Superbike Champion in Fatal Accident
Thu, 19 May 2011Four-time Philippines national superbike champion Maico Greg Buncio has succumbed to injuries suffered in a high speed crash May 14 in a qualifying session at the Clark Speedway Racing Circuit. According to the Philippine Daily Inquirer, the 22-year-old Suzuki factory racer high-sided after his GSX-R600 ran over some debris on the track. Maico reportedly rolled into an unfinished barrier and was pierced by a protruding steel bar.
