Both of these feats are only possible thanks to the on-going and continued support from Suzuki fan, racers, and dealers worldwide. To acknowledge this important milestone, Suzuki brings GSX-R1000 1 Million Commemorative edition for the 2013 model year. This special equipped production model will be limited to 1,985 units worldwide, taken after 1985, when GSX-R series was introduced and completely redefined the definition of a sport bike. Taking the market by storm, the GSX-R delivered new levels of performance and agility, quickly dominating both the roads and racetracks of the world.

Reigning World Superbike Champion Tom Sykes put on a clinic this weekend, leading every lap in both races to claim a pair of wins at Spain’s Motorland Aragon circuit. Sykes’ Kawasaki teammate Loris Baz was right there with him, recording a pair of second-place podiums to give Team Green a pair of one-two finishes. Sykes and Baz were also one-two in the Superpole qualifying on this nearly flawless weekend for the Kawasaki factory team.

John Hopkins Loses Fingertip [Warning: Graphic Image May be a Shocker]

Following numerous procedures and some complications, American racer John Hopkins has undergone surgery to remove the tip of his right ring finger. The Crescent Suzuki racer initially injured the finger in a crash while competing as a MotoGP wild card entry for Rizla Suzuki in the Czech Republic Grand Prix at Brno in August. Since then, Hopkins underwent six procedures to repair his finger to no avail.
