Suzuki GSX-R description
2011 Suzuki GSX-R750, Black Beauty - In 2011 Suzuki redesigned the GSX-R750 as the latest version of the original GSX-R – the championship-winning sport bike that is literally in a class of its own. While the unrivaled GSX-R750’s only challenge was outdoing itself, the revised 2011 model responded with bold styling and exceptional performance. On the road or on the track, the 2011 GSX-R750 delivers a riding experience that is a breathtaking combination of outstanding engine performance, swift handling, compact size and light weight. The key to the GSX-R750’s racetrack-conquering speed and agile handling is the pairing of its powerful inline four-cylinder, 16-valve 750 cubic centimeter engine into the lightweight, compact chassis of a 600 cubic centimeter Supersport. It’s a winning combination that will allow any rider to experience the exhilarating rush of a middleweight AMA Supersport bike. Our 2011 GSX-R750 comes equipped with the following premium upgrades: M4 Carbon Fiber Slip-On Exhaust DynoJet Power Commander V Hotbodies Racing Dark Double Bubble Windscreen Yoshimura Fender Eliminator Kit. This kit features a precision laser cut stainless bracket that tucks discreetly under the tail section of the bike, as well as a premium CNC machined light holder which houses 4 LED lights. Thu, 29 Mar 2012The last time we assembled the superbike offerings from the Big Four Japanese manufacturers to determine the alpha male model was 2009. The CBR won that confrontation, but a lot’s changed since then. For 2012 Honda revamped the CBR1000RR, Yamaha added traction control to the R1, the GSX-R1000 lost a muffler and last year Kawasaki introduced an all-new ZX-10R.
University Of Calgary Team Zeus To Compete In eMotoRacing Event At Miller Motorsports Park
Fri, 08 Aug 2014eMotoRacing will hold it’s eighth race of the 2014 season at Miller Motorsports Park, in Tooele, Utah. Though there has been a great stirring of rumors as to who will be in attendance, one thing is certain — there will be a good mix of contestants, including the official Brammo racing team, and Team “ZEUS” of the University of Calgary. “ZEUS” stands for “Zero Emission Ucalgary Superbike,” and the team is comprised of engineers, business and physics majors. The team will be racing their Generation I bike, which uses an Agni 95-R motor mounted to the frame of a 2004 Suzuki GSX-R 600, which was straight from the factory, and then stripped of its gasoline engine components.
Rossi, Pedrosa Fastest In Second Sepang MotoGP Test
Fri, 28 Feb 2014Valentino Rossi and Dani Pedrosa topped the time sheets at the conclusion of the second MotoGP test at the Sepang track in Malaysia. Both clocked identical times of 1:59.999 to become the only riders to dip under the two minute mark the entire test. The hot and humid conditions in Sepang meant times wouldn’t be faster than they were in the first test here only a few weeks prior, and indeed, Rossi and Pedrosa’s time is 0.466 second slower than the fastest lap Marc Marquez set at the last test.
