Suzuki GSX-R description

2011 Suzuki GSX-R 1000. Excellent Condition. Clean and Clear title. 1 owner. Never wrecked never dropped. Has fender eliminator installed comes with stock fender and removable rear seat. A factory GSXR water resistant cover with ClimaShield. Well kept with maintenance and recalls performed. 2,400 miles. VIN# JS1GT78AB2101782. There are some very minor scuffs and scratches around the tank from my riding jacket and tank bag use. The seat needs to be cleaned as you can see in the picture. The cover also has some tree sap stains. Overall the bike is in like new condition and has low miles because I bought a Harley and started riding the GSX-R less. The bike is ridden from time to time so the mileage may change.

I have title in hand. Ready to sell today.

Sold as is. No warranty.

$500 deposit required within 48 hours and total payment required in 7 days after the auction ends.

Suzuki Developing 1000cc Prototype – MotoGP Return in 2014 Still Possible

Fri, 03 Feb 2012

The first MotoGP pre-season test at Mayalsia’s Sepang circuit is complete, with Ducati, Honda and Yamaha‘s factory and satellite teams, as well as a handful of CRT entries, collecting data for the next stage of their race prototypes’ development. Absent from testing was Suzuki which announced last November it was leaving MotoGP racing. Suzuki cited the recession, the rising value of the Japanese yen and the natural disasters afflicting Japan in 2011 as reasons for leaving MotoGP, but the manufacturer did say it intended to return in 2014.

Why I love BSB's Showdown

Thu, 26 Sep 2013

It has lovers, haters and even many that still don't understand it but everyone in British bike racing is currently talking about the BSB Showdown.  With my rider's or team manager's hat on, I wasn't convinced when it was first announced in 2010 but I'm now totally converted and enjoy every part of the season as intensity increases.  And being a value for money Scot the best thing is you get four championships under one umbrella.  Championship # 1; In the early rounds everyone on the grid has aspirations of taking the title but as the season progresses, the focus narrows down to making sure you secure that top six showdown spot over the first nineteen races (riders can also drop their worst two results).  Championship #2; For the confident front runners, over these races, the real goal is the podium credit championship (3 for 1st ,2 for 2nd,1 for 3rd) which then gives them a points head start after things are put back to zero for the final seven race shoot-out.  Championship #3; The best of the rest championship (7th and below) that will be battled over the final races. Championship # 4;  Over the final seven races the British Superbike Champion is crowned. The recent adding and reshuffling a few top name riders for the Showdown has already spiced things up so hold on tight for the remaining five races!
