Suzuki GSX-R tech info
Suzuki GSX-R description
For sale is a 2009 Suzuki GSX-R 600 sport bike with 6,293 miles on it. I have owned this bike since day 1 out of the crate that the factory shipped it in. I have maintained the motorcycle in excellent condition and have never had any problems what so ever with the bike. I have never raced, wheelied, burned out, or stunted on this bike. The bike has been garage kept and never laid down. I have added a dark tinted PUIG Racing wind screen, a re-chargeable/re-useable K&N air filter, and a $500 Two Brothers slip on Black series exhaust which I put on earlier this year. The rear tire is BRAND NEW with only about 50 miles on it. It has fresh rear brake pads that I put on with the new tire, and fresh new brake fluid in the front and rear systems. I also just flushed the coolant and replaced it with a High Performance ENGINE ICE brand coolant (IT IS NOT AN ANTI-FREEZE COOLANT). I am only selling because I am deploying to Afghanistan and I would prefer that it not sit and collect dust or rust. I HAVE THE TITLE IN HAND!

Maybe the Evo class is the future for WSB?
Thu, 05 May 2011Did we see the future of World Superbike racing last weekend at the BSB event? Possibly, but only if everyone is on Evo spec machines in 2012. By setting the 2nd fastest lap in race one and running second for a while in race two, the brilliant Alex Lowes proved that with a good grid position an Evo spec machine can be competitive for part race distance at least.

New ÖHLINS products for GSX-R600 & GSX-R750
Fri, 25 Mar 2011ÖHLINS Racing has completed final testing and is now ready to launch a complete range of suspension upgrade kits for the 2011 Suzuki GSX-R600 and GSX-R750 The GSX-R600 comes equipped with Big Piston Forks (BPF) as standard but Öhlins recommends fitting its NIX30 fork kit or pressurised system. Aside from the perfermance improvements, these systems are much quicker and more simple to adjust with compression damping on the left fork leg and rebound on the right. The Öhlins TTX36 rear shock is the perfect accompaniment for the GSX-R600 and 750 and uses MotoGP developed Twin Tube technology, improving feedback by utilising positive pressure on both the compression and rebound stroke of the shock. The forks and shock can be interchanged between the 2011 GSX-R 600 & 750.
