Up for sale is a 2006 gsxr 600 with less than 2,000 orginal miles.I Purchased this off an older person who never rode it. I'm looking to purchase a newer model therefore im selling it. The bike needs nothing, its basically all stock except for the shorty levers that I recently replaced, I still have stock levers as well. Bike has frame sliders as well. Never been layed down or dropped but does have a scuff by mirror on left side, and a small crack on right side fairing, please check the pics. Also few minor scratches on tail fairings, other than that bike is very nice. I'm selling this locally and reserve the right to end auction. Fri, 18 Nov 2011As expected, Suzuki has officially announced its withdrawal from MotoGP racing, though the Japanese manufacturer says it plans to return to the world championship in 2014. Suzuki cites the recession, the value of the Japanese Yen and a series of natural disasters as reasons for suspending its MotoGP program for at least two years. Reports of Suzuki’s withdrawal began circulating earlier this week with some staff members reportedly receiving notice late last week, but signs of Suzuki’s impending withdrawal have been around for over a year.
Hayes Wins 2012 AMA Superbike Championship with Record 14th Win
Tue, 25 Sep 2012Monster Energy Graves Yamaha‘s Josh Hayes has clinched his third consecutive AMA Superbike title with his record 14th win of the season at Homestead-Miami Speedway. The win in the second race of the Miami round was the 31st of Hayes’ career. It followed a rare misstep in Race One which saw Hayes crashing after clipping a curb on the third lap.
