Hello. I am looking to sell my 2001 GSXR 1000. The bike has a few aftermarket parts such as a yoshimura bolt on RS-3 muffler, it has an Ideal Cycle undertail with the gsxr logo in the tail lights, a windscreen and front blinkers. The bike runs and rides awesome. There may be a few minor scratches on the bike as it is 12 years old. The bike also comes with the rear passenger seat. Slight discoloration on the swingarm from what appears to be chemical stains. Was going to get the swingarm chrome plated along with the wheels but decided I was done riding and will be selling off my bikes. The buyer is responsible for any and all shipping charges. Mon, 28 Feb 2011As I’ve been gagging for the new race season to kick off so it was almost a pleasure getting up at stupid 0 clock to watch the World Superbike Championship opener at Phillip Island last weekend. I have to say Messrs Burnicle and Whitham were on form although I was disappointed there were none of the usual verbal attacks on each other that always add to the entertainment. I’m sure they will put things right soon but the world superbike regulars must have been disheartened that Moto GP veterans nailed five of the six available rostrum slots.

Mon, 13 Feb 2012Ryan Villopoto captured his second straight victory, winning the San Diego round of the 2012 AMA Supercross championship. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider now has three wins on the season, two more than anyone else, but his hold on the championship points lead has only increased to six points. Villopoto took the lead on the second lap of the main event after overtaking Brett Metcalfe of Yoshimura Suzuki who took the holeshot, with Villopoto‘s teammate Jake Weimer also in the lead group.
