1996 Suzuki GSXR 750 SRAD. Runs mint, shifts smooth, no mechanical issues. Charging system was recently upgraded with ElectroSport high performance stator and Shorai lithium Iron battery ($240) + Shorai battery charger ($199). Michelin Pilot tires with only 1000 miles on them. Yoshimura RS-3 full exhaust system. Shorty levers.
Bodywork is in good condition but it does show sings of wear (no road rash or cracks but the top of the tank does have a bunch of surface scratches, some of the paint on the fairings is faded, right air intake clearcoat is peeling off, rider's seat has 2 rips). Brakes, chain and sprockets are all good. All lights and instruments/gauges work properly. It has a clean, transferable Massachusetts title. RESERVE PRICE IS SET LOW! AMA Supercross: 2012 San Diego Results
Mon, 13 Feb 2012Ryan Villopoto captured his second straight victory, winning the San Diego round of the 2012 AMA Supercross championship. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider now has three wins on the season, two more than anyone else, but his hold on the championship points lead has only increased to six points. Villopoto took the lead on the second lap of the main event after overtaking Brett Metcalfe of Yoshimura Suzuki who took the holeshot, with Villopoto‘s teammate Jake Weimer also in the lead group.
Suzuki Reports 2012-2013 Fiscal Year Results
Fri, 10 May 2013Suzuki reported an operating loss of 11.9 billion yen (US$117.1 million) from its motorcycle business for its fiscal year ended March 31, 2013. The loss stems from a 10.7% decrease in motorcycles sales and a 9.6% decline in motorcycle revenue from its 2012-2013 fiscal year. According to Suzuki‘s year-end report, motorcycles accounted for 230.3 billion yen in sales revenue, down 254.8 billion yen reported the previous year.
Suzuki Celebrating 50 Years In USA At Indy MotoGP
Thu, 25 Jul 2013August 16, 2013 will mark the start of the Indianapolis MotoGP weekend. It also marks Suzuki’s 50th anniversary in the USA, and to celebrate the company is going all-out during race weekend. Suzuki’s 50th Anniversary event will take place in the Suzuki Fan Paddock at Turn 2, a prominent position trackside, and will be the largest customer display by any manufacturer at this year’s Indianapolis MotoGP race weekend.
