1996 Suzuki GSXR 750 SRAD. Runs mint, shifts smooth, no mechanical issues. Charging system was recently upgraded with ElectroSport high performance stator and Shorai lithium Iron battery ($240) + Shorai battery charger ($199). Michelin Pilot tires with only 1000 miles on them. Yoshimura RS-3 full exhaust system. Shorty levers.
Bodywork is in good condition but it does show sings of wear (no road rash or cracks but the top of the tank does have a bunch of surface scratches, some of the paint on the fairings is faded, right air intake clearcoat is peeling off, rider's seat has 2 rips). Brakes, chain and sprockets are all good. All lights and instruments/gauges work properly. It has a clean, transferable Massachusetts title. RESERVE PRICE IS SET LOW! As we already know, the Hamamatsu company is preparing a commercial version of the Recursion show bike and its main feature will be a 700cc turbocharged inline two-cylinder engine, which is distinguished by powerful traction in a wide rev range. But on the way to the assembly line, the device will noticeably change, as hinted at by patent images.

Thu, 05 May 2011Did we see the future of World Superbike racing last weekend at the BSB event? Possibly, but only if everyone is on Evo spec machines in 2012. By setting the 2nd fastest lap in race one and running second for a while in race two, the brilliant Alex Lowes proved that with a good grid position an Evo spec machine can be competitive for part race distance at least.
