1991 gsxr 1127cc , Stretched 6 over, chromed,polished and lowered ,adjustable lowering links in rear, strap up front, Tons of $ into new parts and rebuild,..Brand new barnet clutch assembly,keihn carbs redone soup to nuts , inline gas filters , oil and filter etc.... Brand new steel braided lines both brake and clutch.Bike is a absolute beast no need to explain for all that know about these...This is not a bike for beginners.!! Clean title in hand, willing to deliver for a small fee "trailored" up too 100 miles from zip 11418 . Bike has been used maybe 5x this season , no time to ride and need gone! been a project of mine for over 2yrs. Bike is stored in a garage on lifts covered on a tender all season, will throw in front and rear wheel chocks. Tue, 06 Sep 2022V-Strom 1050XT gets replaced by a more capable off-road variant Suzuki announced updates for the V-Strom 1050, as well as a new off-road oriented version for 2023. The new 2023 Suzuki V-Strom 1050DE replaces the 1050XT model, and adds new features to make it a more capable off-road machine such as a 21-inch front wheel, longer-stroke suspension, and a larger aluminum bash plate. Both models remain powered by a 1037cc V-Twin engine, but for 2023, Suzuki introduced new hollow sodium-filled exhaust valves, claiming reduced temperature in the combustion chamber, and thus improved efficiency and durability.

The two motorcycles, an adventure bike and a naked model, appear to be the eventual successors to the V-Strom 650 and SV650, and the culmination of a long development path for Suzuki’s new middleweight twin-cylinder engine. The 645cc engine powering the V-Strom and SV650 has long been one of our favorites, but having only received updates to keep them compliant with emissions standards, the liquid-cooled V-Twin has been getting quite long in the tooth.

Tue, 29 May 2012Marco Melandri earned BMW its second ever World Superbike victory to move into second place in the championship standings behind Max Biaggi in the series’ only stop in the United States. Melandri won a red-flagged Race Two at Utah’s Miller Motorsports Park after finishing second to defending WSBK Champion Carlos Checa in Race One to give him 142.5 points on the season, tied with Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes but behind Aprilia‘s Biaggi who leads the way with 160.5 points.
