THIS BIKE STARTED ON TH LAST ROW AT LAGUNA SECA AND WON; NOT ONLY DID IT WIN THE RACE BUT IT LAPPED THE GUY'S ON THE FRONT ROW. BIKE IS FUN TO RIDE AND NEEDS NOTHING BUT WAX AND GAS. THIS IS TRULY A VINTAGE CLASSIC WITH ALL THE PROVENANCE . WES COOLEY WHICH RODE FOR TEAM YOSHIMURA AND IS NOW IN THE  HALLL OF FAME ,RODE THIS BIKE TO VICTORY AT LAGUNA SECA. ANYWAY THIS IS A FINE EXAMPLE OF A 1983 GS750ES. THIS BIKE WAS AHEAD OF IT TIME WITH STYLING QUES, HANDLING. AND TECHNICAL INNOVATIONS .  IT'S VERY ON POINT  AND SIMPLE; JUST A GREAT RIDE. THE BIKE IS AIR COOLED WITH A FACTORY OIL COOLER. THERE IS SOMETHING TO SAY ABOUT SIMPLICITY ; NO WATER PUMP, NO ANTIFREEZE , NO HOSES, NO RADIATOR, NO RESERVE TANK, STUFF LIKE THAT, AND IF YOU THINK ABOUT IT ,ALL ENGINES ARE ESSENTIALLY AIR COOLED ANYWAY. Suzuki to Close Spanish Motorcycle Factory

The digital ink is still wet on news of American Suzuki declaring bankruptcy and shutting down its car business to focus on powersports and marine products, and now there’s more bad news for the Japanese manufacturer. Suzuki announced it will close its motorcycle factory in Gijón, Spain, in March, 2013, shutting the company’s sole European production plant. The factory has been producing motorcycles and scooters for Suzuki since 1984, with the manufacturer taking 100% ownership of the factory.
