I have a 2004 SUZUKI Gsxr 1000 that has been lowered Shorty exhausts headers power Commander And a hid kit. It has a salvage title from being stolen and it has 34k miles. No smoking knocking or any kind of noises. I drive it everyday for work about 85 mis round trip. This bike is very quick and is not what I need right now cause I have a son and need a car to get him back and forth to doctors appointments and got back from iraq not too long ago. It is very nice eith no frame damage at all just needs a paint job and it will look great. I am wanting $4000 obo for it and will take no less than $3500. Mon, 28 Apr 2014Heavy rains and a fortuitous red flag were the difference in the World Superbike Championship‘s visit to The Cathedral of motorcycle racing, the TT Circuit Assen in the Netherlands. Aprilia‘s Sylvain Guintoli captured his second win of the season in Race 1, which was halted early by a red flag with five laps to go just as it looked like reigning WSBK champion Tom Sykes was gearing up for a final challenge. The second race was also shortened, not by a red flag but because of a rain, turning the 21-lap race into a 10-lap sprint.
45,367 Motorcycle Thefts Reported in US in 2013
Tue, 10 Jun 2014Americans reported 45,367 stolen motorcycles in 2013, down 1.5% from 2012, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau‘s latest Motorcycle Theft and Recovery Report. According to the NICB motorcycle thefts have been on the decline every year since 2007 when 65,678 motorcycles were reported stolen, though the overall trend appears to be leveling off. Japanese motorcycles continue to be the most popular target for thieves.
