Suzuki Quitting Car Business in Canada by 2014

Wed, 27 Mar 2013

When American Suzuki announced it was filing for Chapter 11 and dropping out of the U.S. automobile market last November, its counterparts in Canada said it would continue to sell cars for that market. Suzuki Reports Q3 2013-2014 Sales Results

Fri, 07 Feb 2014

Suzuki reported a 13.1% decrease in motorcycle sales volume over the first three quarters of its 2013-2014 fiscal year, but still managed a 17.8% increase in net sales from its motorcycle division. The yen has turned around significantly over the last year and a half, vastly improving how foreign sales affect Suzuki’s bottom line.

Is This the New Suzuki V-Strom 650?

Wed, 01 Jun 2011

Suzuki has released a teaser for a new mid-sized adventure bike, likely an updated V-Strom. The teaser campaign, which can be seen at Suzuki’s official website, shows the image above, along with the words: “Time For Real Adventures” and “Middle-Class New Motorcycle”. These hints suggest the new model will be an updated V-Strom 650, likely using an engine similar to the one powering the Suzuki Gladius SFV650.
