 1980 gs 1000g full dresser with shaft drive. runs and rides nice, new battery,seat,am-fm-cd player and marine speakers. needs paint, and tack cable. rear trunk lock is broke and one mirror has a crack in it. side bags will lock. it has home made riding peg that work good. I tried to get pics of it all. I listed all the bad stuff that I know of. I have owend this most of it's life. it will run forever but I will not, so time to move on. this bike and my wife's 650 maxim are up for auction. email for more info.

Land Speed Record Holder Bill Warner Dies Chasing 300 MPH Record

Land speed motorcycle racer Bill Warner succumbed to injuries suffered in a 285 mph crash at Loring Air Force Base in Maine. The 44-year-old from Wimauma, Fla., reportedly lost control of his modified turbocharged Suzuki Hayabusa while attempting to reach a speed of 300 mph. Warner reportedly began veering to his right during one high-speed run on the base’s runway after clocking 285 mph.
