Suzuki GS description

Has dent in tank, is missing both side panels, has exhaust leak at #4 pipe on engine, seat is in need of an upholsterer, area on rear fender where taillight mounts is rusted out. Taillight has been afixed to cargo rack. Slow starter, fast runner. I have tried to include pics of all the above. have ???'s please ask. If i get the chance before auction end I will adjust valves to remedy the slow start. Bike has 39,201 original miles. I also have a 1978 gs1000 not included in this auction for parts if interested. the 1000 ran when parked but has been half torn down since. I have a broken arm and will not be able to build or ride for a while so I want to let someone else have a go at it. I have registration for the 750 in my name and will issue a bill of sale to winning bidder along with nys dmv paperwork if desired. I do have title but cannot find it. for the title fee I will file for lost title if winner so desires. the 1000 has no paperwork and isn't included
